We deliver ethically sourced green coffee beans across the UK and worldwide. This policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery to keep you informed every step of the way.

1. 📍 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (UK):

Standard Shipping (under 1kg): £4.95 – Royal Mail 2–4 business days

1kg–5kg Orders: £6.50 – Tracked courier 2–4 business days

Bulk Orders (60kg sacks or pallet): £15.00 via pallet network (2–5 business days)

International Shipping:

Europe: Starting at £10 per kg — tracked courier (5–10 business days)

USA & Rest of World: From £15 per kg or freight rates available on request

Wholesale Orders (60kg+): Custom FOB or CIF shipping through freight partners (e.g. Maersk, DHL, K+N)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Order Fulfilment & Tracking

Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Sample and small orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD. Bulk orders are handled by trusted freight partners.

Shipping Liability, Delays & Customs

Shipping Liability:

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

Ensure your delivery address is accurate; we are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Damaged or Lost Items:

We may offer replacement or partial refund based on the issue and evidence provided.
