We aim to deliver premium quality green coffee. If you're not satisfied, our refund and return policy outlines how we can help.

 

Eligibility & Return Conditions
Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns on the following:

Incorrect items delivered

Damaged or defective goods upon arrival

Packaging errors

Note: Due to the perishable nature of green coffee beans, we do not accept returns for change of mind or opened/used goods.

Conditions for Returns

Return request must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

Products must remain sealed, unused, and in original condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process 

How to Request a Refund

Your order number

Photos (if item is damaged)

Reason for return

Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

We do not cover return shipping unless the fault is ours

Exceptions & Liability 

Bulk Orders / Wholesale

All bulk or wholesale purchases (over 5kg) are final unless damaged in transit or incorrect. These will be replaced or partially refunded based on circumstances.

Shipping Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays due to courier or customs

Lost parcels if incorrect address is provided

We recommend tracked shipping for returns.
